We provide professional, transparent, honest and ethical service. Many factors are involved in pricing and there is not a 'One size fits all' scenario. Every Treatment Plan is unique for each person & listing generic prices can lead to confusion & misunderstanding.

BOOKING FEE

A $50 non-refundable fee is payable to secure your appointment.  

-This fee will be deducted from the total amount of any treatments on day of appointment.

-The booking fee can transfer Once only if you need to reschedule and have provided us with the minimum 24hr notice. 

FORFEIT OF BOOKING FEE MAY OCCUR IF

-If you cancel or reschedule without providing the minimum 24hrs notice

-If you miss your appointment

-If you arrive more than 15mins late.

-If you cancel an already rescheduled appointment. 

24-Hr Notice: We require a minimum of 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients.

Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time will forfeit the booking fee, ie. the booking fee will not transfer. If another appointment is requested a new booking/consultation fee applies. 

No Shows/Late Arrivals:  Forfeit of booking fee - a new appointment will need to be made. 

Our Policies are in place to ensure the wellbeing and safety of all our clients and visitors to the clinic. 

Prior to every treatment and/or consultation our clinic room is cleaned and sanitised for the safety and comfort for all our clients. 

Aesthetic Balance reserves the right to refuse service and treatment if we identify a concern or safety issue. 

• No children allowed in clinic room during treatments. Please make arrangements to have children cared for outside of the treatment space. 
• Babies under 12months confined to a pram may be considered. Please discuss this with us before your appointment.
• Only patient & 1 other person in the treatment room. 
• Phones on silent or turned off during treatments.
• No food/drink allowed in room - water allowed.
